‘A very exciting match played on the grass on a gloriously sunny day. The Green group, (-60) was won by SGH by 15 games. The Gold group, (+60) was won by The 45 Club by 16 games, resulting in an overall victory for the 45 Club by ONE game!!
This annual match is always a great event and this year the warm sun allowed us to play on the great grass courts. We had a strong team and both the "Golden Oldies" and the youthful "Green" groups brought home handsome wins, by 40 and 10 games respectively.
